This vintage White-headed Eagle print reproduces John James Audubon's illustration from Birds of America, plate 126, restored as historical wall art for studies, libraries, and natural history collections.
A dark-plumaged eagle stands on a broken branch with its bill open and head raised. Long brown wing feathers, a pale fanned tail, and large yellow talons distinguish this portrait within Audubon's White-headed Eagle studies.
Archive Print Co. restores each illustration for clarity while preserving the character of the original. Each reproduction is printed as a giclée art print on heavyweight 325gsm archival matte paper with archival inks.
Colors may vary slightly between screens and the finished piece; the print will always be richer in person.
Our prints are produced to museum standards. Each piece is printed on premium heavyweight archival matte paper (325gsm), the same quality used in museums and galleries, giving rich color, deep blacks, and excellent detail.
