This is a photograph print of the Russian River in California, taken in a square format. Tall conifers stand in dark silhouette above a bank of low mist, and the whole image is toned in soft sepia browns and creams.
The trees form a ragged dark line across the middle of the frame, their pointed tops cut cleanly against a pale, empty sky. Mist lies thick along the water at the bottom and thins into the foliage, so the lower branches fade out. The tones run from near-black trunks to pale cream, with no colour other than the warm brown, and no figures or buildings appear.
Printed on 325gsm museum-grade archival matte paper using fade-resistant giclée printing with archival inks, preserving the detail and character of the original for generations.
Colors may vary slightly between screens and the finished piece — the print will always be richer.
Our prints are produced to museum standards. Each piece is printed on premium heavyweight archival matte paper (325gsm), the same quality used in museums and galleries, giving rich color, deep blacks, and excellent detail.
