Lewis E. Waterman’s U.S. Patent 293545, granted February 12, 1884, describes a fountain pen feed designed to regulate the movement of ink and air for a steadier, more reliable writing instrument.
Longitudinal sections, nib details, and enlarged feed channels create a slender, calligraphic technical composition. This restored edition preserves the original patent arrangement in crisp black linework on cool, timeworn rag paper within the collection’s restrained black double rule.
Printed to order on 325gsm museum-grade archival matte paper with fade-resistant archival pigment inks. A natural piece for libraries, writing rooms, offices, and collections of stationery and graphic arts.

International Orders – For international customers, we offer the "Print Only" option to ensure faster delivery and reduce shipping costs. International orders may take 2–3 weeks for delivery due to customs processes. Please note that clients are responsible for any customs fees. Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your artwork. If you feel your art isn’t the right fit for your home, you may initiate a return within 14 days of purchase. We’ll provide a full refund, and U.S. clients will receive a prepaid return label. For international returns, clients are responsible for return shipping costs, with a full refund provided upon receipt of the return.
