This twentieth-century nautical chart of the Island of Hawaii, also called the Big Island, is drawn on a Mercator projection at 1:250,000 with soundings in fathoms at mean lower low water. The island fills the sheet in olive tones against pale water, ringed by fine soundings. The sheet has the calm, practical look of a working mariner's chart.
Lettered on the sheet are Kawaihae Bay, Kailua-Kona, Keauhou Bay, Hilo, Cape Kumukahi and Kalae, with Mauna Kea, Mauna Loa, Hualalai, Kohala Mountains and Kilauea Crater on the land. The districts Kohala, Hamakua, Hilo, Puna, Kau and Kona are lettered across the island. Compass roses stand over the water, and the title block sits at upper right.

International Orders – For international customers, we offer the "Print Only" option to ensure faster delivery and reduce shipping costs. International orders may take 2–3 weeks for delivery due to customs processes. Please note that clients are responsible for any customs fees. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.
Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your artwork. If you feel your art isn’t the right fit for your home, you may initiate a return within 14 days of purchase. We’ll provide a full refund, and U.S. clients will receive a prepaid return label. For international returns, clients are responsible for return shipping costs, with a full refund provided upon receipt of the return.
