This is a black and white photograph print of the Golden Gate Bridge seen from the East Bay in California, in a square format. The bridge lies low and distant on the horizon beneath a heavy grey sky, with the camera held close to the surface of the dark water.
Its two towers and the curve of the suspension cables are small and clear against a pale band of fog at the horizon. The foreground is dark, rippled water with soft highlights on the swell, filling the lower half of the frame. Above, layered grey cloud darkens toward the top of the picture. A headland shows faintly at the right, and no boats or figures appear.
Printed on 325gsm museum-grade archival matte paper using fade-resistant giclée printing with archival inks, preserving the detail and character of the original for generations.
Colors may vary slightly between screens and the finished piece — the print will always be richer.
Our prints are produced to museum standards. Each piece is printed on premium heavyweight archival matte paper (325gsm), the same quality used in museums and galleries, giving rich color, deep blacks, and excellent detail.
